**About the role**:
We are seeking a Lobby Ambassador to be based on our client’s site in North Ryde, deliver a seamless and memorable lobby experience that reflects the client’s values and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shape a warm and professional arrival experience for all visitors, employees, and contractors
- Coordinate closely with security and the Visitor Centre for VIP and large group arrivals
- Maintain lobby presentation and ambiance through regular monitoring and collaboration with cleaning teams
- Manage mail and delivery services as per SOP
- Own all badging and visitor management touchpoints and processes
- Proactively assist guests with wayfinding, arrival communications and access requirements
- Must be open and bale to manage manual tasks like moving furniture, carrying and lifting events materials

- Experience in front-of-house, concierge or hospitality roles
- A passion for creating exceptional hospitality experiences that leave lasting impressions
- Strong communication abilities to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to problem solve quickly, in a professional manner
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality, events or a related field is desirable
