We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for our resources client based in the PERTH CBD.

The key responsibilities will be to:

- Establish and manage relationships with internal departments to ensure cost efficiency, safety, and timeliness to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present periodic reports including agreed KPIs, commercial data and other agreed reporting metrics in a professional and accurate manner
- Incorporate current and future customer needs and expectations into business strate
- Manage the commercial negotiation
- Manage and mitigate claims and variations under the head contract and from subcontractors
- Create and implement plans and procedures to address commercial issues and ensure contract compliance with submissions, notices, and other contractual requirements.
- Support in the management and resolution of disputes, in conjunction with the Senior Commercial Manager
- Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements
- Actively manage cost and cash flows to maximise the project position
- Previous experience in account management - Experience within Mining and Resources Industry is highly regarded.
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of data analytics and presentation of statistics
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce / Business are highly regarded
