**About the role**:
Full time permanent role based in our Sydney CBD office with flexible working arrangements in place.

Reporting to the Workers Compensation Manager and working with a close knit, and fully supportive team you will be responsible for the performance of workers compensation claims administrative duties that support the provision of leading care and support to our injured workers.

If you have an interest in learning more about how we help and support our injured workers here at Uniting, this could be the perfect role for you as there is scope to be coached and mentored, with your can-do attitude, and initiative as you show your capability to learn and grow in your new role.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Must have 6 months case management experience in workers compensation or minimum 1-2 years' administration experience
- Demonstrate an ability to empathise and build relationships with people at all levels
- Must possess good computer skills and all-round administration experience
- Must be an excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm, as well as a great team player attitude
- Demonstrate experience working within a dynamic fast paced environment
