About the Company
u&u Recruitment Partners is partnering with a global agricultural organisation that is looking for an experienced and agile Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a 6-month contract.
The Benefits
An attractive hourly rate of $40 - $45 per hour + super, equivalent to $80,000 - $85,000 + super;
Hybrid working arrangements, 3 days from home and 2 days in the office (Tuesday & Wednesday);

About the Role
This is a 6-month contract, likely to go permanent or be extended. You'll be reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working closely with the wider Finance Department. Your day-to-day duties will consist of but not limited to the following:
Accounts payable duties including checking, verifying and processing high volume of invoices;
Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier queries;
Reconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliations;
Coordinate the accounts payable system, including vendor details, record of payments and filing systems;
Assist with month-end and year-end activities; and
Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
Ideally two years' minimum experience with accounts payable in a high-volume environment;
You will have experience with a complexed ERP system;
Advanced with Microsoft Excel and utilising formulas (VLOOKUP, Sumifs, Pivot Tables);
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy; and
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
