Facility services company in Sth Sydney require an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team

**Your new company**
Join a leading provider of facility services to the property and government sector with branches throughout Australia and a solid customer base with long term services contracts. Located in the South Sydney / St George area, the company offers a family friendly environment with modern offices and ample onsite parking.

**Your new role**
Working in an AP team of 4, your main responsibilities will be:

- End to end accounts payable for dedicated business entity
- Processing 300 invoices weekly and matching to POs
- Manual PO processing when required
- Staff expenses
- Payment schedules and runs
- Supplier statement Reconciliations
- Management of AP inbox
- Working with local and interstate account managers and suppliers on invoice queries
- Site Rental payments

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Great knowledge and experience of full function Accounts Payable processes
- Ability to work in a busy AP team with high volume invoices
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in learning new systems and process improvements
- Well organised and able to work to tight deadlines
