**The Purchasing Officer is an integral part of the wider Procurement and Supply team and interacts with a range of stakeholders across the organization**

The role is responsible for the maintenance of meticulous records of all purchases including orders, shipping, receipts and payments ensuring optimal stock levels and quality of all goods. The role works closely with suppliers, Procurement and Supply team members and stakeholders to provide a quality, timely and consistent service

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience in administrative support
- Organisational and time management skills including capacity to plan, prioritise

and co-ordinate own and other’s work to deliver agreed outcomes within strict

deadlines
- Practical hands-on operator with the ability to step in and help project teams and

the wider Procurement and Supply team
