We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist based in our Dandenong clinic and rotating through our Berwick, Dandenong, Mulgrave, Cranbourne and Pakenham clinics. This is a **full time**, permanent position with the flexibility to work shifts between **6.30am to 9.30pm**, **Monday to Friday.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
