Insulation Installers needed:
Job Location: Epping (jobs are located all over melbourne, but the day starts and ends in epping)

**POSITION 1**:Blow-In Insulation Operator: (Complex work, need to have a basic understanding of building and construction. The work is consistent and paced. Perfect for those who are looking for a long term career and find themselves a bit of a handyman. Need to also have a bit of care and passion of doing things properly. You also need to be comfortable working on roofs and crawling under floor spaces.

**POSITION 2**:Underfloor and Ceiling Insulation Installer (Straightforward work, rock up and get the job done and get paid for the day even if you finish sooner. Need to be comfortable working in confined spaces, on your back, knees etc) - _Come try it out for a day_

**START DATE: TRAINING REQUIRED PRIOR TO STARTING (TRAINING DATES TBC PENDING NUMBERS)**

The work:

- Majority of the work will be the Install of Blow-In Insulation to Existing Walls and Ceilings.

Other work may include:

- Removal of Old Insulation
- Vacuuming of Ceilings using Industrial Heavy Duty HEPA Vacs
- Install of Knauf Earthwool Ceiling Insulation
- Install of Underfloor Insulation
- Use of Machinary to Install New Insulation in Cavities

Pay: Probation Period of a minimum 3 months training at $32ph, then moving to $35ph with a 6 month revision. 2 Week cool off period

PPE will be provided for you at every job.

You must have:

- White Card
- Basic Work Uniform : boots, pants, shirt (a uniform will be provided post 2 week cool off period)

We are looking for full time workers (4-5 days a week).

The day starts at 6:30 at warehouse (Epping 3076) and generally runs into overtime (3-4:30)

No experience required, though is preffered within the building industry

Our expectations is that quality and customer service is #1 together with quality workmanship. We prefer the job takes longer to be done properly then cut corners etc. Being on time, and communication is also a given for this
