**Insulation Installers Wanted - High-Earning Roles with Career Progression**

**What is Retrofit Insulation?**

Retrofit insulation involves installing insulation in existing homes, often under challenging conditions—tight roof spaces, subfloors, wall cavities, and more. Unlike new builds, retrofit work demands problem-solving, precision, and care in people’s homes. You’ll be helping to make homes warmer in winter, cooler in summer, and healthier all year round.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Physically fit and hard-working individuals or teams
- Reliable, punctual, and focused on delivering quality workmanship
- Comfortable working in confined or dusty spaces (PPE provided)
- Good communicators who show respect in clients’ homes
- Motivated to learn and grow within a team

Experience in insulation is a bonus but not essential—we value attitude and work ethic above all. Full training provided.

**Pay & Benefits**

We reward results. Our pay model includes:

- **Hourly rates**, **performance bonuses**, and **piece rates** depending on the job type
- **Higher pay for more complex or physically demanding work**:

- Top installers consistently earn **$1,600-$2,400+ per week**

We offer some of the highest rates in the industry to those who show quality, consistency, and care.

**Career Growth**

**Training Provided**
- EEC (Energy Efficiency Council) industry training
- Forklift licence (where applicable)
- Comprehensive safety and equipment training
- Ongoing mentoring and support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $240.00 - $500.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
