About Us

We are a well-established energy efficiency and building services company operating across Victoria, specializing in insulation, energy upgrades, draft proofing, and weather sealing solutions. Our team delivers large-scale residential and commercial energy upgrade projects, helping Victorians reduce energy use and improve comfort.

We're expanding our Draft Proofing and Weather Sealing division and looking for reliable installers to join our team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for performing draft sealing, caulking, and weatherproofing works on residential and light commercial properties. This includes installing sealants, applying weather strips, and ensuring buildings are airtight and energy efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply high-quality caulking and draft seals to windows, doors, and penetrations
  • Identify and seal air leaks in compliance with VEU (Victorian Energy Upgrades) standards
  • Work independently and as part of a professional installation team
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Follow project schedules and quality assurance guidelines

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in caulking, weather sealing, or draft proofing preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently and reliably under minimal supervision
  • White Card and valid driver's licence required
  • VEU experience (advantageous but not essential — training provided)
