Located in Five Dock, SportsFit Health & Rehab is a leading multidisciplinary clinic specializing in sports rehabilitation and performance. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care tailored to active individuals, including athletes, weekend warriors, and those recovering from injury. Our clinic is equipped with a state-of-the-art private gym and boasts a team of experienced professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists.

We have exciting plans for 2025, including the expansion of our current clinic to feature a larger gym and additional treatment rooms, as well as the opening of a brand-new clinic.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver tailored exercise programs to improve functional outcomes and performance for clients of all levels.
- Manage a caseload that includes chronic conditions, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide high-quality care to NDIS clients, Workcover patients, and private clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with clinic policies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Exercise Physiology.
- **Accreditation**: ESSA accreditation is essential.
- **Experience**: 1+ year preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are encouraged to apply
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, a passion for sports and active rehabilitation, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- **Desirable**: Experience or interest in working with athletes and active individuals.

**Pay & Benefits**
- **Employee Option**: Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per annum (pro-rata) + super.
- **Contractor Option**: A competitive percentage split of earnings.
