Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS5 Learning and Development Officer on a contract for 12 months.
**Position Overview**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:_
- Leading and participating in capability and learning projects and contributing to the achievement of business outcomes.
- Conducting organisational, functional and individual needs analysis activities, identifying skills and knowledge required for performing identified jobs and roles.
- Designing new courses and course improvements to existing learning curriculum, ensuring consistent curriculum offerings across technical, vocational and on the job offerings.
- Designing and building interactive learning elements and engaging activities.
- Contributing to the development of competency frameworks and developing facilitated and digital learning for blended programs.
- Evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of capability and learning activities, ensuring quality outcomes are delivered.
- Maintaining knowledge of current capability and learning issues and innovations in learning, technology and operations.
