As a Program Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the company's growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives. You’ll work with leaders and teams across the business to achieve excellence and enable success. Our Program Managers drive end-to-end execution of cross-tribe, cross-business complex programs in regulatory change, digital transformation, product and process improvement and organisational change in a designated domain.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney.

What you’ll do
- Work with Executive Sponsors,Initiative Owners and Delivery Tribes to ensure program priorities and strategic outcomes are considered as part of the overall program plan and approach in line with the allocated investment, and turned into a viable roadmap for execution
- Lead multiple program delivery streams, including Business Design, Technology Delivery, Change Management, IT and Business Risk and Program PMO as required, ensuring cohesion across all areas.
- Establish and lead the team for execution in consultation with Initiative Owners and Technology, including engaging internal, global and third-party teams as required.
- Partner across business and technology, and with broader stakeholders, to deliver program outcomes and provide updates to Executive, Board and Global stakeholders.
- Work with sponsors and steering committees to defi.ne the program benefits case, ensuring alignment to strategy, design and scope
- Drive the mobilisation and end-to-end execution of the program, ensuring alignment with architecture and relevant delivery lifecycle stakeholders with endorsement by key IBAL stakeholders and program sponsors.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a Program Management role with a strong focus on regulatory change, or similar.
- Previous experience in delivery of local and global/EU regulatory change
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated experiencing using both agile and waterfall methodologies, with relevant certifications (ie. PMI, Prince 2, AIMPM, etc.)
- Enterprise-thinking and demonstrated experience engaging with ExCo/Senior leader level stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills including leading on the creation of executive committee packs.
- A high level of organisation and resilience to successfully meet deadlines and manage expectations within a changing environment.
- The flexibility to successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects of different scales, which may require a pragmatic and hands on approach at times.
