**About the Role**

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide complex care and support to individuals with disabilities.

**Program Details**
- Hospital to Care (DischargeAbility Program) - 24/7 hour support.
- Training provided at the hospital
- Temporary Accommodation for 90 days
- Permanent Accommodation - ongoing support

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complex Care (e.g. bowel, catheter care, PEG feeding, hoisting, stoma care, etc.)
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Assist
- Community Access, Transport
- Personal Care
- **Certificate III in Disability AND minimum 5-year experience in high intensity support to clients with multiple and complex disabilities**:

- **Must be prepared to travel across Sydney Metro to Regional NSW**:

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Medication Administration Certificate
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
- A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.20 - $38.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

- complex care: 5 years (required)
