Clarendon Homes, one of Queensland’s most respected residential builders, is seeking a dedicated Service and Warranty Manager to join our passionate team in Loganholme., we are committed to delivering quality homes and exceptional customer experiences—long after the keys are handed over.

**About the Role**:
As the Service and Warranty Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for post-construction service, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our service and warranty department, manage homeowner relationships, and ensure our brand promise is delivered throughout the post-settlement journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the service and warranty team to ensure timely, professional responses to homeowner concerns.
- Oversee all warranty and defect rectification processes across approx. 350 homes per year.
- Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal construction teams to coordinate rectification works.
- Ensure compliance with statutory warranty periods and QBCC requirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction outcomes and continuously improve service processes.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and a solutions-based approach.
- Monitor trends in defects and provide feedback to improve build quality.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in a similar role within residential construction (volume building preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction processes and QBCC warranty obligations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities with efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Trade background or construction qualification (desirable).
