**Search Engine Marketing Specialist**

Crown Resorts Melbourne is seeking an innovative **Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist** to join the digital team. Reporting to the Group Head of Digital Product, Strategy & Design this role requires hands-on digital marketing skills to develop and execute effective SEM strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, search optimisation for Crown Resorts, Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Contributing and executing Crown Resort’s SEM strategies for in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney using various marketing platforms
- Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and trends
- Creating and optimising compelling ad copy/content and landing pages to improve and promote click-through and conversion rates
- Providing accurate daily, weekly and monthly analysis and data on campaign execution, to key stakeholders
- Contributing to briefings and reviews from cross functional teams to optimise promotional activities and targeting requirements for Crown Resorts
- Working with external agencies responsible for the development and delivery of complex promotional campaigns and advertising

**To be successful for this role, you will need**:

- 2-4 years of experience of SEM digital marketing experience gained inhouse or agency background
- A strong working knowledge of SA360, Google Merchant Centre, and Google Ads
- Experience in bid management and managing budget allocation
- A proven ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant marketing or digital discipline preferred but not essential.
