An exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer to lead innovative campaigns, create compelling content, and help shape the future of our brand.

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel strategies that boost visibility, engagement, and growth. You'll combine creativity with data-driven thinking to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives across digital, content, and brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and audience needs
  • Create persuasive content across digital, social media, email, and print to maintain brand consistency and engagement
  • Optimise digital performance through SEO, SEM, and targeted email strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities
  • Track and report on campaign performance leveraging analytics tools and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimise ROI.
  • Support the planning and execution of key marketing events
  • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing assets and communications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver aligned, effective campaigns

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand and digital marketing (finance industry experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills across multiple platforms
  • Solid understanding of campaign tracking and performance optimisation
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong project and time management abilities
  • A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a bonus
  • Graphic design and multimedia skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
