**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Fixed Term Full Time until June 2026
- Base salary $92,535 per annum + 11.5% superannuation

Supporting the Director Performance and Innovation, your role as Executive Assistant will see you will primarily be responsible for the effective management and executive support of director activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the Director Performance and Innovation schedules
- Draft correspondence and respond to queries on behalf of the Director
- Develop templates, presentations and planning documents for the Director
- Undertake research and preparing reports for the Director
- Provide high-level customer service internally and externally
- Coordinate Council Reports and Briefings applicable to the Directorate
- Organise or coordinate meetings and events related to the Director Performance and Innovation.
**ABOUT YOU**:
You will have:
- Experience in providing high level administration support, in a similar role and/or relevant business administration qualifications
- High level of customer service and ability to establish strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated high level of self-motivation, time management skills
- Ability to work within competing deadlines and priorities and able to plan and organise work to achieve specific objectives efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle complex and diverse queries and tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team.
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures.
