Working with design and branding studios, small agencies and select direct clients, Bone Digital operates in the thick of the creative services sector in Melbourne, Australia. Being a boutique, high quality, value-based, and low-risk service provider to the sector is Bone’s reason for being. We are ideally looking for experienced Senior Producers and Project Managers wanting to take that next step up in their career.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have a strong background in project management, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have demonstrated strong leadership qualities. You’ll have a track record for producing gold-standard development projects alongside a team of developers. The role will oversee the delivery of the agency's website builds, updates and bespoke development work for clients across a range of sectors. You’ll need to be able to zoom in on the fine details as well as be able to step back and see the bigger picture, balancing conflicting needs and priorities of the business, the team and our clients.

We’re also talking about building technical expertise in the platforms Bone uses, and being able to explain this in a simplified way to all clients and partners. You’ll be leading the charge to ensure all project goals, budgets and timelines are executed seamlessly, as well as providing effective planning and documentation to guide this.

**Requirements**:
**Leadership & Operations**:

- Drive internal initiatives to build a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and pride.
- Foster and develop a productive and empowering working environment.
- Simultaneously Lead internal & client projects, and ensure strong integration across business units.
- Lead daily stand-up sessions to ensure clarity and productivity across the team.
- Mentor and coach your team so they grow and remain challenged within Bone Digital.
- Work with the GM and other Bone Leadership to help stress test and optimise our delivery processes.

**Production & Delivery**:

- Day-to-day management and leadership of the Production team to ensure client, department and individual KPIs are achieved.
- Develop and document IP and end-to-end processes for the Production team to reduce risk and increase efficiency. Optimise these processes as the business evolves.
- Support the Production team across technical scope sign-off for client projects as required.
- Be an escalation point for the Production team and clients as required.
- Define goals and targets to ensure Production team training and development is aligned to business and personal growth targets.
- Work with the Leadership team to assign duties, goals, and supervise the Production team.
- Build the skill set of the Production team to become digital production experts across a range of platforms and capabilities.
- Owns core delivery tools such as Harvest & Forecast and ensures that current working practices inside each tool are being iterated and optimised as needed.
