Conveniently located in South-West Sydney, we are looking for an enthusiastic financial accountant to join our growing team. The company promotes a great culture in a fast-paced environment, and you will work directly with the Office Manager and CFO to assist in future successes. Key Responsibilities - Assistance with day-to-day reconciliations of bank, debtors, creditors and other. - Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable - Maintaining and updating vendor files - Sorting and matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies promptly - Calculations and processing of account charges, refunds, and adjustments - Preparation of weekly payroll - Assist the CFO with monthly management reporting - Reconciliation of Inter-Company accounts, including monthly netting of AP/AR - Administer and maintain the company’s expense and credit card management system. - Assist in preparing reports and executive summaries for review. What are we Looking for? - A degree in Business / Commerce in Australia is preferable - Willingness to learn - Attention to detail and time management, and organization skills necessary - Excellent English communication, both written and spoken - Enthusiasm and eagerness to fit into a thriving cultural environment - Experience with Microsoft Office, Xero, and other software is necessary.
