**Role Highlights**
- 2-year Max Term Contract - moving into ongoing
- Full Time
- 37.5h per week
- Touring Role - up to 6 months per year

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide high level administrative support to the Artistic Team, Artistic Director, and visiting creatives
- Lead the process to finalise casting for rehearsals and performances, and communicate this across the

organisation
- Monitor, approve, and collate overtime and other payments to dancers and creatives
- Work alongside Senior Artistic Coordinator to distribute performance and rehearsal information to the

company
- Manage online documentation and resources, including archival videos and other information
- Other duties as directed at role level

**What experience you'll need**:

- A knowledge of or background in the Arts, including an understanding of the processes that bring a

production to the stage
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a diplomatic style
- Superior attention to detail and document preparation skills, particularly Excel
- Confidence and maturity, with the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
