United Places Botanic Gardens pioneers a new level of luxury travel. The hotel is situated in the centre of South Yarra, opposite the lush parklands of Melbourne's Royal Botanic Gardens.

We are dedicated to making each guest's stay unique, and have created a place where innovative architecture, interiors and design are complemented by the most luxurious of amenities.

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering excellent guest service. Ideally you will have experience in front office or food & beverage. You will be flexible, due to the boutique nature of our hotel as this will see you work across departments to ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. You will thrive on helping develop a service culture by leading by example and developing our team to delight our guests.

The role requires an individual with proven experience in, but not limited to, the following areas;
- Preferred previous experience in hotels but not essential,
- Desire to provide a unique and genuine level of service,
- Ability to work autonomously,
- Strong problem solving skills,
- Proven ability exceeding guest satisfaction,
- Excellent presentation and communication skills,
- Experience using PMS systems,
- Work closely with the Hotel Manager and Owners, as required, on all strategies for new business

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
