The Chief Information Officer has an impressive background in technology, driving strategic initiatives and is striving to achieve a more positive customer experience, enhance user experience and increase compliance and controls in the business. She has an amazing management style and is very focused on helping staff grow and develop in unity with cross functional engagement.

**The Role**
- Analyse and redesign 'as is' business processes to contribute towards strategic and business area objectives.
- Develop business requirements and solution design documents related to continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain process documentation such as process maps, models, data maps, workflow definitions, etc
- Assess transition risks and implement mitigation strategies

This position will offer stability and security through an opportunity in the NFP sector allowing career development in an environment that is encouraging of work-life balance and flexibility.

**Your Profile**

With a background in process improvement and an enthusiasm for driving seamless change within immature environments you will be able to communicate with stakeholders across IT and the business whilst providing initiative and intuitive thinking surrounding business process improvement. You must be able to understand the problem before trying to address the solution and your business partnering skills must be a key strength.
