Australian provider of quality early childhood education and care looking for an Assistant Design Manager.

**Your new company**
Our client is a leading provider of quality care and education services across Australia through a variety of recognised and well-respected brands. They aim to better the lives and minds of the thousands of children attending their network of early learning centres every day. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add an Assistant Design Manager to their Design and Property team to assist with the delivery of their projects.

**Your new role**
As the Assistant Design Manager, you will assist in determining design solutions that achieve all scoping requirements for project stakeholders. This includes running the tender processing, quality control, project documentation, and the attainment of relevant statuary approvals and licenses. You will critically analyse complex design solutions and coordinate several design tasks at varying stages of the project delivery lifestyle. Additionally, you will prepare sketch plans for use in lease negotiations including 3D perspectives and renders to ensure successful project delivery.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of conceptual design presentation. Therefore, you will have a minimum of four years post graduate experience in Architecture, with a relevant discipline in this field. You will have working knowledge of computer systems such as CAD, Revit, Revit Family Creation and Photoshop, as well as knowledge in building construction processes, standards, and certification. You will also have the ability to conduct several administration tasks in this area, including documentation using Microsoft Office programs.

You will be offered an immediate start in an initial 2 month contract with the possibility to go permanent. You will be offered a full-time temporary position paying a competitive rate located in Brisbane.
