Diversified Commercial Real Estate Group is looking for a Team Assistant to support their project & development team in their CBD offices.

The need for this role has come about from an expanding division of the business who now require administrative support to help the business function. You will be the core of the team, inputting processes for efficient running of the day to day.

This is a position which would suit a person with an interest in real estate, working closely with the Development team and being privy to a number of exciting projects within the business. A variety of tasks including document administration, reporting, being across invoices, mild finance related administration, travel booking, light calendar management and team functioning related activities are included in the role. A great opportunity to contribute as a member of a dynamic team of 13 professionals involved in most aspects of commercial and residential real estate including Essential Worker Housing.

**The opportunity**:
A variety of tasks including document administration, reporting, IT, reception, and related activities are included in the role.
- Coordinating the organisation of events for internal and external stakeholders
- Being in attendance of internal team meetings - taking minutes and keeping the actions accountable
- Assist with staff travel bookings
- Organising office operations and liaising with building management and operations
- Using Powerpoint to put together high-quality presentations used by the teams
- Manage the development teams' project-related invoices
- Mild expense management
- Setting up processes to ensure time efficiency

**About you**:
This is a position which would suit a person with an interest in real estate who is keen to jump into a hard-working but flexible culture of diverse individuals.
- At least 3-5+ years experience in a similar role
- Highly collaborative person and initiative to get tasks done
- Wants to work in the office 5 days a week (desired but flexible)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Suite, including Powerpoint
- Committed with a can-do attitude to the administrative function, someone who takes pride in their work
- Previous experience favourable but not necessary
- Great as assisting and a want to be a part an integral support system to the business.
