We invite you to join our Cotton Tree team as a **Group Leader**. As an experienced, warm and passionate Group Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a stimulating education program which provides opportunities for the children, families and the wider community. You will do so with the support of a passionate team of Assistant Educators and Early Childhood Teachers.

We have a variety of hours available including both part-time and full-time positions.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards
- **Group Leader**: Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
