**Job no**: 790855 **Work type**: Part time **Location**: Sunshine Coast **Categories**: Retail - Management **ABOUT THE ROLE** As a 30 Hour **Part Time** **Stock Leader** at Peter Alexander Kawana, you will work alongside the Store Manager to control the stock processes within the store. You will be responsible for controlling the stock administration and inventory management in your store. During off peak periods, you will contribute to the overall success of the store by delivering sales productivity through great customer connection, personal KPI’s and contributing to the operational responsibilities of the store. When joining our team, you will also be offered: - Opportunity to join our Future Leaders Program designed to develop and train our future Store Managers - Amazing career opportunities across 7 brands and 1,000 retail outlets - Opportunities for career development and advancement - 50% staff discounts **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manage and lead the store and offsite stock operations whilst maintain stock standards - Lead & train Stock Team Members within the store - Assist in coordinating and executing store transfers - Work closely with the leadership team to ensure transparency across all stock related processes is maintained - Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising - Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer which is in line with the Peter Alexander brand - Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual, and store targets - Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures - Promote and comply with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE** - Stock control or stock management experience within a retail environment - Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers - Value integrity and doing things the right way - Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environment - Be ‘solutions focused’ when faced with problems **ABOUT PETER ALEXANDER** The brand Peter Alexander is a living breathing person who is actively involved in the development of his exclusive, unique and luxurious products as creative director.
