**The role**
We are currently seeking a full-time Social Support Group Program Leader to join our team working across the Brimbank Municipality. The position will focus on programming for clients with dementia and carers of people who are aged, have a disability, chronic health or mental illness.
The position is responsible for centre-based and community programming. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the aged and disability sector and has experience providing innovative programs that is responsive to community needs.
Applicants require:

- Relevant tertiary qualification within the community services sector or demonstrated experience
- Understanding of aged care, disability and carer funded programs

Applicants will be required to undertake a police check and medical check.

Brimbank City Council Enterprise Agreement 8, EA8 2018
To be eligible for employment at Brimbank City Council you must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident of Australia or be legally entitled to work in Australia.
