Meadow Springs is in the vibrant coastal city of Mandurah, approximately 4km from the town centre; Meadow Springs is home to 87 Residents.

**About the Opportunity**

Our Hotel Services employees at **Meadow Springs**are an integral part of our team, ensuring our residents enjoy delicious meals and a clean-living space. In this role as a Hotel Services Assistant, you will assist with preparing and serving meals to our wonderful residents or cleaning residents' accommodations and facilities to a high standard. We are currently on the lookout for a part time and casual team members looking to join our team, working a variety of AM and PM shifts.

**Duties include**:

- General cleaning**:

- Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors.
- Dusting, polishing and general tidying.
- Cleaning bathroom facilities
- Refreshing bed linen and making beds
- Involved in food preparation for our residents.
- Serving meals and ensuring a friendly, interactive experience for our residents

**To be successful you will have**
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Complete a police check
- Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
- Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate
- Sound food preparation experience (preferably in an Aged Care environment)
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Highly efficient and motivated
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times
- Knowledge of kitchen processes, standards, systems and equipment
- Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice
- Aged Care or Hotel experience in Housekeeping/Cleaning & Laundry
- Knowledge of kitchen and cleaning processes, standards, systems and equipment
