**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Valid WA Crowd Controllers Licence(s)
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate / Accreditation

**CROWD CONTROLLER DUTIES**

As a professional customer service focused Crowd Controller, the duties you will be required to perform are (but not limited to):

- Greet all guests on arrival
- Check guest’s identification at the main door
- Operate “Scantek” Intelligent ID scanner technology(s)
- Monitor Crowd numbers entering / exiting venue
- Identify intoxicated persons inside the venue
- Liaise with Bar Management and Venue Management and Police as required
- Deescalate incidents inside the venue
- Escort intoxicated or aggressive patrons out of the venue
- Identify and report criminal activity
- Compile a report on any incident that occurs
- Identify and report on any hazards (OHS) in the venue
- Ensure all guests leave the venue safely
- Assist with venue lock-ups, closing of venue

Ongoing Part-Time hours: 08-16 per week

Shift / Service Requirements: 1700hrs to 0000hrs (Close), Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
