Talent International is searching for an experienced **Project Coordinator** to join our large utility client. This role is based in **Fortitude Valley** on a 6 month contract basis + likely extensions.

**About the role**:
You'll work across multiple delivery streams of an Enterprise Data and Analytics Service (EDAS) and play a key role in supporting the project systems and tools using SCRUM delivery methods to ensure project deliverables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Support - Provides a comprehensive range of project support services to the project team including coordination of project and stakeholder meetings, risk and issues maintenance, reports, briefings, presentations, and ensures high-quality records management structures and processes are established and maintained for the project team.
- Project Delivery - Facilitates project resources to deliver[GN1] assigned project tasks, including analysing project data and developing recommendations to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Stakeholder engagement - Develops, maintains, and influence[GN2] s effective internal and external stakeholder relationships including with key project stakeholders.
- Project Systems Support - Provides project support to project and team members, in the creation and maintenance of Confluence, Azure DevOps, and EDAS project team spaces.
- Project Documentation - Manages project artefacts, prepares project scopes and briefs and contributes project expertise to complex projects with limited supervision.
- Assist Project manager in the facilitation of project team SCRUM ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
- Facilitates and assist in maintaining the EDAS backlog, sprint backlog, and other Scrum artifacts, ensuring that they are up-to-date and reflect the status of the project.

**Requirements**:
Technical Skills:

- Demonstrate solid understanding of ICT Project Management methodologies, including SCRUM, Agile and Waterfall.
- Provide a range of project support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and implementing and monitoring project plans to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and to quality standards.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Coordinate and schedule project team delivery, assigning responsibilities, and running schedules and resources to ensure timely competition of projects using Scrum, DevOps and project management methods and tools including Office, Confluence, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience or exposure to Enterprise Data roles would be beneficial but not essential.

Experience / Qualifications
- To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT project activities at a program level, with experience in data or software environments a bonus.
- Project experience and exposure to delivering projects using SCRUM, Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels and across all disciplines, and especially with key project stakeholders to minimise potential disruptions to the business.
- To be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others, with an ability to build consensus.
