**Company**

This growth orientated Private Equity backed, multi-site Healthcare business in Perth is looking to make a number of exciting acquisitions and grow/expand to the East Coast of Australia in the coming months/years. To enable this growth and to support the rigour required by the business, a hands on CFO is required to corporatise the company and commercially co-pilot their strategic growth.

**Role**

As the CFO, you will be required to partner the Founder/CEO and executive team with a focus on corporatisation and creating a high performing finance team. As part of this, you will be expected to improve the finance function, systems and processes as this role will enable seamless integration of any bolt-on acquisitions. You will inherit a small team (circa 4) and look to grow and increase it's capability in the coming months.

This role will also be critical to future business acquisitions and as such, this will play a key part in analysing and executing new prospective business partnerships. You will also be responsible for the proactive stewardship of the finance function and leadership of the team.
- Extensive knowledge and proven ability in the financial aspects of a medium sized organisation
- Corporatisation of the finance function
- Experience working with private equity and/or company founders
- Experience introducing new professional accounting practices and systems to an organisation will be highly regarded
- Commercial finance - partnering operations
- Lead various ad-hoc business projects

You will be CA/CPA qualified with experience as a Financial Controller/CFO within a small to mid-cap business; ideally with Healthcare / multi-site experience.

You must be technically strong and willing to get into the detail when required to transform finance processes, systems and structures. Equally, you must be commercially and strategically strong to assist with strategic initiatives alongside the Founder and CEO.

**Please note** - this role will be based in Perth with the view to move to the East Coast of Australia within 18-24months.
