About the Role

ChoiceOne are currently seeking to add an additional Healthcare Scheduler to our team who have a passion for placing the right person for the right role in a variety of health related environments including Metro and Regional locations.

Day to day activities will include;
- Ensuring first class service delivery to our clients
- Co-ordinate day to day enquiries and provide suitable solutions
- Co-ordinate our temporary workforce in a variety of Health Care facilities
- Assisting with compliance for all health care workers.
- Provide feedback to our recruiters of market gaps
- Maintain contact with clients to identify additional shortfalls

The role requires reliance on;
- Your previous Healthcare scheduling/rostering experience
- Your advanced computer, database and administrative skills
- Your ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships with internal and external stake holders
- Your highly effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with employees at all levels
- Your demonstrated ability to use initiative, to resolve problems, and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Your calmness in day to day happenings but your sense of humour resonating.
