As an Executive Manager, PMO and Change Delivery team you’ll play a key role in leading our strategic approach to change delivery, managing annual planning cycles and driving efficiency across projects. This is a significant people leadership position, critical for elevating delivery capability and fostering a collaborative environment.

What will your day look like?
**As an Executive Manager, you will**:
Provide visionary leadership for the PMO, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Develop and implement PMO frameworks and best practices for successful project and change initiatives
Oversee planning, execution and delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely budget-compliant completion
Drive change maturity and uplift capability across project delivery and change teams
Lead change management strategies for new processes and technologies
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management matters
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive experience in banking and financial services with a focus on customer service and risk management
Proven leadership of complex program delivery at scale (budget of $60m+)
Expertise in project and program delivery, agile methodologies and multidisciplinary technology
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
