As the Manager - Member Growth Marketing - Join, you’ll be at the forefront of our member acquisition strategy—guiding prospects from first touch to active engagement. You’ll own the full marketing join journey, from attraction and nurturing to onboarding and activation, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for every new member.

Day to day, you'll:

- Lead the development and execution of annual and long-term marketing plans aligned with organisational priorities.
- Drive performance marketing across SEM, SEO, Display, Social, and Affiliate channels to optimise acquisition and media spend.
- Create compelling onboarding and early engagement communications to activate members in their first 12 months.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital, Design, Innovation, and Data teams to deliver a connected and personalised join journey.
- Leverage MarTech capabilities to build seamless multi-channel experiences.
- Work in agile, cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and deliver on member and fund objectives.
- Manage agency relationships and ensure strategic, fiscal, and operational excellence.

This role is a **permanent**opportunity based in **Brisbane**, **Sydney** or **Melbourne**.

**About you**

- You’ve got a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field—and a genuine passion for creating meaningful member experiences.
- You know your way around performance marketing, with hands-on experience in SEM, SEO, Display, and Social campaigns that drive real results.
- You’re data-savvy and love turning insights into action—optimising targeting, refining campaigns, and improving performance is second nature to you.
- You’re confident using MarTech platforms to craft seamless, multi-channel journeys that feel personal and intuitive.
- You know how to design onboarding and early engagement communications that make new members feel welcomed and valued.
- You’ve got a talent for guiding prospects from curiosity to commitment through thoughtful nurture and conversion strategies.
- You thrive in Agile environments, where collaboration, adaptability, and focus help you deliver your best work.
- You’re a natural project manager—keeping timelines on track, teams aligned, and quality at the forefront.
- You’re a strong communicator who can influence and inspire stakeholders at every level, building relationships that lead to shared success.
