The role
We've seen explosive demand in our first year, with thousands of Australians visiting our website each week to learn about full-body scans. Now we're hiring our first Growth Manager to execute the next phase of growth: driving new customer acquisition, optimising conversion, and shaping the customer journey from first touch through to booking.
This is a hands-on, tactical role for a scrappy, creative marketer who thrives on experimentation, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves across multiple channels, and wants to grow into a leadership role as OneMRI scales.
What you'll do

Execute growth campaigns:
Manage and optimize paid search, social, and influencer marketing.

Optimize the funnel:
Improve landing pages, forms, and booking flows to increase conversion rates.
·
Lifecycle marketing:
Build nurture flows and retention campaigns to maximize lifetime value.

Experiment relentlessly:
Run A/B tests across channels, creatives, and user journeys to find scalable growth drivers.

Content & creative collaboration:
Work with founders and freelancers to ensure the right assets are created for each stage of the funnel.

Own the data:
Build dashboards to track acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
· Launch and scale multi-channel paid campaigns that reduce CAC.
· Increase website conversion rate through CRO experiments.
· Deliver a consistent pipeline of tests with learnings shared across the team.
· Implement lightweight reporting to track funnel performance.
Who You Are
· Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, etc).
· Strong grasp of conversion rate optimisation (landing pages, forms, funnels).
· Data literate, able to interpret campaign performance and extract insights.
· Copywriting and storytelling skills.
· Growth mindset: curious, experimental, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.
· Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or other regulated industries.
