**About the Role**

Due to continued growth across our Fiona Stanley Hospital contract, Serco is seeking an experienced Talent Business Partner with a specialist background in ICT, Engineering or similar who enjoys recruiting a variety of specialist/technical and non-technical roles. This is a unique opportunity to join our diverse and inclusive Serco Talent Team within a multinational business.

You will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Fiona Stanley Hospital. You will work closely within our Defence and Facilities Management Talent Team who are geographically based across Australia.

This position offers a hybrid working model, with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site at the Fiona Stanley Hospital and flexible WFH arrangements

**About You**

**_
To be successful you will have:_**
- Considerable experience working in a similar role, either in-house or agency
- Specialist recruitment experience across a range of role profiles, preferably ICT, Engineer and/or similar
- Experience working to tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and large volume of roles
- Expertise in search and pro-active recruitment methods using various platforms including social media
- Strong technical knowledge and experience using LiveHire, SuccessFactors or similar
- Experience producing detailed recruitment activity reports
