**Accommodation Supervisor - Edinburgh Barracks - Full Time Role**
- **Monday to Friday Roster**:

- **On Call 1 week of every 3**:

You will be specifically responsible for the Accommodation and Housekeeping services across our Edinburgh Barracks site in Adelaide

**What is it all about?**
- Managing a dynamic team to provide encouraging guidance and success in their work
- Developing rosters of scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements.
- Manage front of house office requirements for accommodation bookings and general enquiries.
- Strong view in support of Job Safety Analysis and well-being
- Encourage team commitment and motivation
- Maintain up to date cleaning processes and procedures, and assist in review of process and procedures

**What we need**:

- Previous housekeeping management experience
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Able to pass a police clearance
- The ability to work autonomously
- The ability to successfully manage a small team
