**About the role**
An exciting opportunity for an experienced village manager to be part of this vibrant community environment where you will utilise your relationship building skills to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and rental targets.
The Residential Accommodation Manager - Village Manager is responsible for maintaining resident relationships, engaging in business development, vendor and contract management, and sales and marketing. Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Welcome and orientate new residents to U City, providing ongoing support to maintain their quality of life and independence
- Liaise with local community groups to coordinate the provision of services and social resources
- Aid in resolving complaints or disputes
- Ensure communal areas of the village are maintained at a high standard
- Design and develop strategic sales and marketing strategies and initiatives in conjunction with marketing partners
- Maintain contractual requirements for both retirement living and NDIS
- Deliver sales and occupancy targets and manage budgets

**About You**
- Experience in working with older people and individuals with a disability and an understanding of their needs
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Retirement Villages Act, NDIS Act and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission’s Practice Standards
- Understanding of retirement living market and SDA’s
- Highest level of ability in all aspect of communication written, oral, listening and expressing ideas
