Our client is a well-known international hotel and resort operator, who owns and manages properties across many countries and regions. An opportunity now exists to lead the team at this new urban lifestyle property in the heart of Adelaide.
This Fabulous property offers a variety of accommodation options, together with restaurant, bar and meeting and conference facilities.
You will be responsible for driving all aspects of property operations and working with all stakeholders to maximise performance.
You will have a background in quality hotels or resorts - a person who is creative, energetic and understands the needs and expectations of hotel guests with a proven track record to effectively lead, motivate and develop the team.
You will be a genuine, empathetic leader and the ‘consummate host’, with a positive and outgoing personality and hands on approach.
This is a hands-on role, so only those who are comfortable being the public face of the hotel and excel interacting with guests should apply.
There are plenty of opportunities to grow your career with this expanding company, both in Australia and internationally if desired.
