We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and "switched on" Accounts Clerk to progress their career in a successful and growing Melbourne Law Firm.

**About the role....**
Reporting to the Practice Manager you'll enjoy a varied role covering a broad range of tasks related to General Accounts, Trust Accounts and Controlled Monies.

**Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;**
- data entry and payment of client and office creditors
- daily banking, petty cash and processing credit card payments
- bank reconciliations
- monitor client debtors
- assist with filing of financial records and preparation of management reports
- enter disbursements and creditors, assist with general accounts queries

**Skills and experience we'd love...**
- at least 2 years' experience as an accounts clerk
- proficient skills in MS Office and accounting systems
- strong attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to meet deadlines and work within time frames
