**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with accounts payable duties
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Responding to vendor queries
- Conduct thorough verification of invoice accuracy
- Prepare and process invoices monthly
- Data entry
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- USING NETSUITE
