Collingwood, Australia WPC Group - Apprenticeships & Traineeships Full time

The role is based in Collingwood and will be relocating to Heidelberg in the near future._

**As the Reception/ Administration Support responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Administration duties including but not limited to answering the phone, filing, data entry
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll of up to 15 employees
- Entering in Account Payable invoices into our accounting system
- Debt collection
- Raising purchase orders
- Monitoring of technicians and contractor licenses
- Monitoring stock levels of equipment and stationary
- Ad hoc tasks to assist management

**About you**:

- Self-Motivated
- Organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with the use of Xero Accounting Software is preferable but not essential.
