**Gliderol Garage Doors** is one of Australia's largest manufacturers and distributors of sectional, roller doors & operators. Gliderol has a well-established business with a strong brand name and market position. The company is a significant Australian employer and has manufacturing facilities located throughout the country.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing coordination role where you'll be the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal departments. You'll be responsible for scheduling service and installation jobs, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Book and schedule service and installation jobs
- Assign jobs to technicians based on their location and availability
- Call customers to confirm bookings and job details
- Update job schedules when changes or urgent requests come in
- Keep records and job information up to date in the system
- Stay in touch with technicians throughout the day to track progress
- Follow up on any incomplete jobs or missing parts
- Help finalise jobs so they’re ready for invoicing
- Work closely with the operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
- Make sure customers are kept informed and happy with the service

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- You enjoy problem-solving and juggling competing priorities
- You thrive in a collaborative, customer-centric environment
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Confident dealing with customers and resolving issues professionally
- Intermediate MS Office skills and experience using job management or scheduling systems.
