**Lotus Dining**is offering anopportunity for a charismatic, organised, and service-driven **Reservations Coordinator** to join our growing team.

Based in our **Summer Hill office**, this role is perfect for someone ready to transition from the floor to a key behind-the-scenes position, helping shape first impressions and ensure our guests enjoy seamless dining experiences across our iconic venues.

We are seeking an **enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated individual** with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a performance-driven attitude, this role is perfect for you.

**As the “voice” of Lotus Dining, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Confidently up-selling and cross-selling venues, group packages, and promotions
- Understanding and communicating each venue’s unique menus and offerings
- Liaising with guests and clients to coordinate private events and special requests
- Ensuring clear communication with Reservations, Events, and Venue Managers
- Upholding reservation and cancellation policies professionally
- Troubleshooting and resolving guest concerns to maintain our high service standards
- Acting as the client point-of-contact during events, ensuring smooth execution and satisfaction
- Gathering post-event feedback to help improve service delivery

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A friendly, persuasive phone manner and a natural flair for customer service
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- **Previous experience in hospitality as reservation coordinator and a solid understanding of restaurant operations**:

- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savviness, with confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems, **Sevenroom** will be a plus.
- A collaborative mindset, but also comfortable working independently

Pay: $31.25 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
