**Key Responsibilities**
- General:
- Provide exemplary customer service through clear and courteous communication via various channels.
- Support and train the Rostering Team in routine and ad hoc tasks, including after-hours duties.
- Understand and adhere to relevant policies and processes, actively contributing to their development and refinement.
- Implement quality checks and ensure adherence to processes, offering re-training and performance improvement measures as needed.
- Represent the rostering function in operational meetings and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintaining Rosters and Schedules:
- Schedule support worker shifts promptly, accurately, and in alignment with service requests and care delivery plans.
- Ensure fairness and equity in rostering for all staff, including after-hours workers.
- Communicate effectively with the Programs Manager to manage budgets and ensure support workers understand and implement care plans.
- Manage complex support rosters in line with program requirements and collaborate with the HR Team to allocate appropriate support.
