**About the Role**:
2x Permanent, fulle time roles available.

Reporting to the Import Desk Team Leader, the Service Delivery Coordinator will provide excellent customer care and assist customers with all import queries and issues, while coordinating with both internal and external parties, including Australian Government entities to ensure smooth and compliant delivery of import cargo across all nominated ports and terminals.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:
Follow-up with clients on idle containers and keep terminals updated

Ensure customer complaints are reported to the Import Desk Team Leader and or Import Desk Manager

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Completion of year 12 or equivalent

Keen to start and build your career in shipping/supply chain and logsitics

Strong proficiency in computer skills

Customer oriented with sound relationship building skills

Good communication skills

Work in a pressure environment
