**Job Description**:
Supporting the CEO & Founder of GYG, this role is a real hybrid EA/PA role. Steven's goes at a hundred miles a minute on a mission to build the biggest and the best food business in the world. With significant growth across Australia, Singapore, and the USA already planned, he's in need of an experienced EA to provide overall proactive and efficient support.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in:

- Diary and meeting management:

- Inbox management
- Business and personal travel arrangments
- Partnering with Steven's direct reports (and their EAs) to maintain project management tools, and ensure delivery and execution of business strategies
- Assist with personal and professional administrative tasks, writing general business correspondence, reporting, and presentations, managing expense approvals, etc
- Board and Investor reporting support
- Prep meeting rooms and help with catering orders
