**About the opportunity**

The Head of Network Partners Compliance role is responsible for managing the compliance framework as it relates to our Network Partners, encompassing auditing and reporting requirements and query management. Leading a national team, this role will drive optimised Partner relationships, streamline case management and identify process efficiencies. Reporting to the General Manager for Network Partners, this role will sit on the Network Partners leadership team and establish a critical Centre of Excellence and Compliance Management framework, partnering with a third party, across our frontline Network Operations business.

**What you’ll deliver with us**

A key deliverable in this role is to maintain contemporary knowledge of all regulatory changes and obligations impacting our extended workforce and ensure the compliance framework remains relevant and effectively protects the business and our Network Partners.

**You’ll also**
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and frameworks to ensure contractual compliance with legal and regulatory standards and ensure relevant obligations are understood and met across the business
- Implement an efficient and robust query and case management process, including appropriate technology to support a high volume of complex queries
- Establish a Centre of Excellence which will improve processes and standards, create a national and consistent onboarding and support practice, and imbed a compliance culture and the associated benefits to service, safety and costs
- Develop and lead a high performing query management and support team to deliver an enhanced customer centric experience for all internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a fit for purpose annual audit program of work encompassing proactive and reactive audits, identifying areas of improvement and optimisation and maintaining focus on operational excellence

**About you**

You will have extensive experience managing compliance, risk or quality assurance requirements of large scale extended or contractor workforces, contingent landscape or similar, ideally within the logistics, transport or supply chain industry.

**You’ll also have**
- Deep understanding and applied knowledge of employment law, including the legal and regulatory obligations surrounding extended workforces and work health and safety.
- Demonstrated experience working through a third party to define and implement a best practice compliance program
- Highly developed influencing and relationship management skills, coupled with extensive experience providing strategic advice and informed recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and process improvement initiatives
- Ideally you will have exposure to best practice query management frameworks and processes
