The Head of Visual Merchandise is a key role at Lowes where you will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the customer experience across our network of over 180 stores.

You will possess a true commercial mind and bring your VM experience to put together guidelines to support the seasonal direction and any promotional activity. Based in the Sydney head office, this is a highly collaborative role where you will oversee a team of VM’s, whilst also working closely with the wider business including retail operations, and the planning and buying teams.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and execute a VM strategy aligned to the company’s commercial objectives
- Lead and develop a team of Visual Merchandisers to support stores in driving sales
- Visit stores to ensure VM standards are upheld to ensure consistency across the business, as well as supporting and training store teams
- Support in new store openings
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within the business and with external business partners and suppliers

**Requirements**:

- National multi-site experience in VM within apparel
- Experience managing a team across multiple locations
- Analytical and commercially minded
- Great communication skills and collaborative attitude
- Passion for Visual Merchandising
